Youth Programs

Youth Tennis Programs for kids ages 6 to 17 including classes, camps, tournaments and clinics. Youth classes range from toddlers to juniors. We use the ROGY (Red,Orange, Green, Yellow balls) progression system for children under 10. Classes are held at these locations: McDaniel College, Westminster; YACTA Indoor, Hanover,Pa.; Marriotts Ridge HS; Volley Barn, New Windsor

Academy Tennis

Welcome to our advanced player program, designed for those who aspire to elevate their game beyond recreational play. This class emphasizes a rigorous approach to skill improvement ensuring that participants are dedicated to mastering advanced techniques.

Player Rating 4.0-4.5

Junior Development Clinic

This program is designed specifically for high school varsity, junior varsity, and middle school tennis players who are actively involved in USTA sanctioned tournaments, high school tennis teams, or recreational tournaments.

Player Rating 3.5-3.9

This class will prepare students that want to play for their high school teams. The focal point of the class will be serves and consistency with rallies. We will also drill on court positioning. Middle schoolers welcomed.

Junior Beginners

This class is for beginners to intermediate level players learning more than the basics. Students will learn how to sustain a consistent rally and play in organized matches.

Player Rating 2.6-3.0

Orange Ball

For orange ball level, players typically play on reduced courts that are 60 feet by 21 feet for singles and 60 feet by 27 feet for doubles and players use appropriately sized rackets.

Player Rating 2.1-2.5

In this engaging class designed for little pros, young players will learn the fundamentals of stroke production while developing essential motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
